I worked on the UX and UI of their website, planning and facilitating workshops with the client, usability testing, wireframing and high fidelity prototyping.
We did a series of workshops with them and from these, quickly started rapid prototyping. We worked iteratively with them on defining a set of template pages for their new website. I created various different lay out options for CITL, using Axure to set up low fidelity wireframes to allow us to capture feedback early on in the process.
Once the basic structures, features and layouts were loosely defined based on the earlier prototypes I worked with their new brand guidelines to create the user interface, visual design of their new website. I then produced a high fidelity prototype in InVision to test the new user experience.
I put together a UI style guide detailing all page layouts, wireframes, user interface and interaction design.
This acted as a resource for the technical team during the development phase as well as for the content editors, ensuring a consistent look and feel is kept on the website throughout regular website updates.
